a mystery

I did not intend to spend this long holiday weekend on the couch, but I have still been feeling sick. Yuck. Despite my intensions to be unendingly productive today, all I have managed to accomplish is finding a new television show to follow. Travis and I watched all three of the first episodes of BBC Masterpiece’s new, contemporary Sherlock Holmes series. It is kooky and hip and fun. Sherlock is a weird and web-savvy consulting detective and Watson (played by my fave, Martin Freeman) is his tough war vet roommate. I recommend it. AND, you can watch it right now on Netflix’s instant streaming service!

I’ve heard this is a good interpretation, but I’m always wary of anyone altering the canon.

It is a little goofy at times, but I think you would like it. Tim from the (British) Office is great, of course.
