Travis and I went to Tim & Jenn’s wedding yesterday, and it was just the most fun and exciting day! We were both attendants in the wedding, so we got to be a part of the whole thing.

My day started at 9am: while Travis was at the Apple store, I was at Mario Triccoci getting my hair done with Jenn and Wish and Kristyn. After that I went home, packed up and headed over to the church at about 1pm. We got dressed and did our make-up and then had photos taken.

The wedding started at 5pm. It was wonderful with lots of personal touches. Travis’ dad was their minister. The reception was at another church and the decorations were amazing! The entire wedding was so well coordinated.

I had such a fun day and I am so glad that I got to be with Tim & Jenn on their wedding day. They are perfect and it was great to get to see all of our friends there. Weddings are much less stressful when they are not your own!

Above is a photo of the programs I have been working on for Tim & jenn’s wedding. The wedding is tomorrow and we are going to the rehersal and rehersal dinner tonight. I know it will be fun! Check out Tim & Jenn’s wedding website.

The programs are made with Paper Source Stardream cover paper in Mars with a fall colored accent paper at the binding, and a leaf punched in Stardream Gold on the front. The inside pages are either Stardreem Gold or Opal. We used all different types of ribbon to bind the pages to add some variety. I printed them all from my 5 year-old Imac on an HP bubble-jet printer, using QuarkXpress for layout.

Please someone write something on this blog! Seth did a good job with his last post, but the rest of you are lagging (i know, myself included). I need something to entertain me! My life has been very busy lately, so I haven’t been doing good posts, but I have had lots of good ideas! I want to know what everyone thinks of the favorite links…. ok, i am going to sleep because i have to wake up tomorrow and go to work. the story of my life. when i check back tomorrow there had better be something good here!

As you might have noticed, Travis and I worked on a couple of small improvements to the main Lamble Family page today. Some new features are:

- top paragraph explaining the site.

- pretty blue dividing lines.

- favorite links list.

- beatrix!

Tell us what you think. Also, if you want to add a link to our favorite links list, just let us know. You may notice that loyal fans with their own websites can make it onto the list!

We still need to make improvements to the individual pages, but I work at the Barn in about an hour, so it probably won’t get done today…

I wanted to write something awesome tonight for my post, but that takes too much time and effort… so you will just have to wait for my detailed list of political voting points until next time.

This time, I am excited about the opening of the new Tiffany & Co. store here, on the Plaza.

Travis can have his Apple store, Tiffany’s has a 4 carat pink diamond! The sales people were really nice when we went in last weekend, but I think it is only because it is the grand opening. I am sure they know that no one in KC is going to buy their 2 million dollar ring… Plus, I think that most people in our town are pretty loyal to Tivol.

Other than the diamond rings and a couple of necklaces, I am not a huge fan of Tiffany jewelry. It is too traditional for me…. but I am still really excited to have a real Tiffany’s right down the block from me! It will make it very convenient for Travis to pick all of my presents on his way home from work!

You might have read in Travis’ last post that we went to the Royal’s game last night. I had a pretty good time and i found a new favorite player (now that Johnny Damon and Jermaine Dye are gone).

My new favorite baseball player is Abraham Nunez! Here are the reasons why he is my favorite:

- cute photo!

- he wears knee-high socks with his baseball pants, instead of those new-fangled boot-cut numbers…

- his up-to-bat music is In da Club by 50 cent!

- he did really good in last night’s game.

Well, i guess those are all the reasons… Check out his stats.
