Halloween recap
Nov 1st 2008 03:48:41 pm
I think we have determined that Halloween is not Crusher’s favorite holiday. He does NOT like kids knocking on our door. He does NOT like wearing costumes. He does NOT like us eating chocolate candy in front of him and not sharing. Other than all of those things, he had a pretty good night. We had about 20-30 kids come by our house. We had two ninjas, two snow whites, a war veteran, a pixie, a mime, an Oregon basketball player, a three-eyed monster, some zombies, and my personal favorite, a candy cane fairy princess (she had on a red striped dress). Travis and I had sloppy joes for dinner, which I am led to believe is a third generation family tradition on my mom’s side, and we watched CNN while waiting for trick-or-treaters. Pretty exciting. I hope everyone had a fun night!
p.s. Today is the first day of NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month). I am participating again – for the third year in a row – and will hopefully be making a blog post everyday for the whole month of November.

I’m worried that Crusher is going to be a one-dog-war-on-Xmas, too.
