holiday break wrap-up

We arrived home yesterday from our fabulous trip to Kansas City. We really had a fun 12 days visiting with our families and celebrating the holidays. There are too many highlights to put up photos of them all… but I tried! For even more pictures, check out my Flickr site. I am still in the process of uploading them all, organizing them, and giving them all titles and descriptions. I wish that I had worked on my blog more over break because there is so much to tell! Here is a list of some of the things we did on our trip:
* Chelsea & Scott picked us up at the airport with balloons! * We got to see our friends from Phoenix, Tim & Jenn * Went to Roundrock with my family and had S’mores! * Went to church on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning * Opened presents with my family (I received the pink sweatshirt I am wearing in most of the photos!) * Had Christmas Dinner at Travis’ aunt and uncle, Jeanne and Greg’s house. • Got to see babies, Gabe & Liam * Opened presents with Travis’ family * Ate lots of holidays treats and candy * Ate at Chipotle & Panera * Went shopping with Chelsea for bridesmaid dresses for her wedding in July * Ate at P. F. Changs * Shopped on the Plaza and at Oak Park Mall * Saw King Kong for free thanks to Scott * Game night at Heidi & Aaron’s house * Ate breakfast at First Watch with our families * Spent New Year’s Eve at the Lamble house playing World of Warcraft with Aaron * Ate barbeque at Jack Stack * and lots more . . .
I managed to get sick at the end of the trip (and I am still recovering), but other than that it was a perfect vacation. It made me miss living in Kansas City close to everyone… but it has also been nice to be back in our own house. I am still in the process of unpacking and trying to get back into a normal schedule. Travis went back to work today, but I don’t have class untill Monday. I am hopefully going to make some new inventory for the store in my free time! I hope everyone had a good holiday season! xoxo

oooh i got the package when i got back from philly! thank you. i felt so special because the tag had my NAME ON IT!!! that reminds me i need to post about my super cute stuff to promote the super cute store!

ohhh…everything was so much fun!! I wish it was still break! (I’m sure it is nice to be back at home with all your stuff!)
